Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Operations & Data Delivery Specialist to join our Client Onboarding & Support Team. This position is available as a direct full-time hire for candidates who demonstrate the relevant experience, maturity, and potential, with at least 2 years of experience in client operations, data delivery, or similar technical roles.
This role is at the heart of client delivery operations. You will be responsible for managing incoming data from new and existing customers, ensuring its smooth integration into our forecasting platform, and maintaining the reliability and performance of data delivery processes.
Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and platform performance. You will coordinate onboarding activities, manage delivery timelines, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.
This is a client-facing role that demands a combination of technical fluency, structured communication, and customer care mindset.
Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the existing Customer Operations Responsible as your primary point of alignment and mentorship. You will initially support ongoing client onboarding and delivery operations while progressively taking ownership of key workflows.

Own the data delivery lifecycle for assigned customers: from onboarding to ongoing operations.

Manage client onboarding: communicate data requirements, assist with API/FTP integrations, validate initial datasets, and coordinate technical handoffs.

Monitor and execute ETL processes that support ingestion of client data into our platform (Delta Lake / PostgreSQL).

Ensure continuous data reliability by running structured data quality checks and validating schema integrity, frequency, and completeness.

Proactively identify and resolve data issues before they impact forecasting performance or delivery SLAs.

Conduct light analytics and investigations using Python (Pandas) and SQL to support client requests, flag anomalies, or prepare internal handovers.

Participate in client-facing calls to explain data flow processes, address operational questions, and maintain ongoing relationship trust.

Log and document key delivery events, updates, and decisions to support internal coordination and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and the management team to align on priorities, address complex challenges, and ensure high standards of data quality and delivery.
Must-Have Technical Skills

Python + Pandas: Experience working with structured time-series or operational datasets.

SQL: Proficiency in querying data to validate transformations or trace issues.

APIs: Comfort working with common data access protocols.

Excel / Google Sheets: Competent in handling and formatting customer-provided data.

Git basics: Familiar with version control workflows for internal coordination.

Data quality assurance: Attention to schema mismatches, time zone consistency, missing/null values.
Must-Have Communication & Client-Facing Skills

C1-level (or higher) English fluency, both written and spoken, for clear communication with international customers.

Client-facing confidence: Able to lead calls, explain integration steps, and resolve delivery concerns with a professional tone.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Plotly, Seaborn, Streamlit, Dash).

Familiarity with cloud storage environments (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob).

Scripting for small-scale automation or monitoring tasks (e.g., cron jobs, Python scripts).

Exposure to energy, weather, or SCADA data environments.
